1. Enrollment and Eligibility
1.1. Admission to specific batches (e.g., Vijeta and Shikhar) is subject to eligibility criteria, including performance in entrance tests where applicable.
1.2. The student must provide accurate and complete details during the enrollment process. Any false or misleading information may lead to cancellation of admission.
1.3. Students in performance-based batches like Shikhar must consistently meet academic benchmarks to continue in the batch.
2. Fee Structure and Payment
2.1. The fee structure varies for each course. Students are required to pay fees as per the agreed schedule.
2.2. Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, except as per the institute’s discretion in cases of extreme emergencies or special situations.
2.3. Non-payment or delayed payment of fees may result in suspension or cancellation of admission.
2.4. Any applicable taxes are to be borne by the student.
3. Attendance Policy
3.1. Students are required to maintain at least 85% attendance in all classes, tests, and sessions.
3.2. Continuous absenteeism without prior notice or valid reason may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the batch.
3.3. Leave of absence must be pre-approved by the institute.
4. Academic Performance
4.1. Students are expected to actively participate in classes, tests, and other academic activities.
4.2. Regular assessments, including weekly tests, mock exams, and assignments, are mandatory. Non-participation may affect continuation in the program.
4.3. Students in specialized batches like Shikhar must consistently meet the required performance benchmarks to remain eligible.
5. Study Material and Resources
5.1. Study materials, notes, and question banks provided by the institute are for the enrolled student’s personal use only. Reproduction, sharing, or unauthorized distribution of materials is strictly prohibited.
5.2. The institute retains all rights to the intellectual property of the materials provided.
6. Conduct and Discipline
6.1. Students are expected to maintain discipline and decorum within the institute premises.
6.2. Any form of misbehavior, disrespect toward faculty or staff, or damage to institute property will lead to immediate disciplinary action, including expulsion.
6.3. The use of mobile phones during classes or tests is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the faculty.
6.4. Students must comply with the instructions provided by the faculty, staff, and management at all times.
7. Mock Tests and Assessments
7.1. The schedule for mock tests and assessments will be communicated in advance. Students must adhere to the schedule.
7.2. Missing a mock test without prior notice or valid reason will be marked as a zero score and may affect performance tracking.
7.3. Feedback and analysis reports are intended to help students improve; these must not be shared outside the institute.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
8.1. The personal information of students collected during the enrollment process will be kept confidential and used only for internal purposes.
8.2. The institute reserves the right to use performance data (scores, ranks, etc.) for promotional purposes without disclosing sensitive personal details.
9. Liability Disclaimer
9.1. The institute is not liable for a student’s performance in external examinations (e.g., NEET) as success depends on individual efforts and abilities.
9.2. The institute is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings within its premises.
10. Amendments and Updates
10.1. The institute reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. Updated terms will be communicated to students and will also be available on the official website.
10.2. Continued enrollment after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Refund and Withdrawal Policy
11.1. Refund of fees is not allowed under normal circumstances. Exceptions may be made in cases of medical emergencies or relocation, subject to approval by the management.
11.2. If a student wishes to withdraw from the course, a written request must be submitted. No refunds will be processed after withdrawal.
12. Grievances and Complaints
12.1. Any complaints or grievances should be reported in writing to the management.
12.2. The institute is committed to resolving grievances fairly and promptly.
13. Termination of Admission
13.1. The institute reserves the right to terminate a student’s admission for non-compliance with the terms and conditions, non-payment of fees, poor attendance, or misconduct.
